Dinner is served as a 3-course menu, with two options to choose from.
MENU 1 – from €45
The starter is duck liver pâté with pear and mango chutney, cranberry gel and sourdough bread. This is followed by roast goose with braised red cabbage, potato pancakes, roasting juices and pickled vegetables. For dessert, enjoy plum dumplings with toasted panko breadcrumbs, nut butter and maple syrup.
MENU 2 – from €49
The evening begins with foie gras served with plum and onion chutney, potato dumplings, apple gel and port wine. The main course is traditional roast goose with red cabbage, potato pancakes, roasting juices and pickled vegetables, followed by plum dumplings for dessert.
A children’s menu is available from €25.
To accompany your dinner, you can also choose from a selection of Slovak and international wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. Drinks are not included in the menu price.
