Welcome on board! During the cruise, the panorama of the quays in Bratislava, Devín and Hainburg attracts all the attention. They are surrounded by the surrounding mountains, romantic castle ruins and city walls. The beautiful scenery continues all the way to Vienna, offering an almost unbroken picture of floodplain forests, river arms and coastal meadows with fishing huts and romantic nooks and crannies. The cruise ends by sailing through the locks of the Freudenau waterworks in Vienna itself and then stopping at Handelskai.

The ticket price also includes a menu prepared by our head chef. Enjoy freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner directly on the boat.

Throughout the day, a selection of additional dishes, snacks, and desserts, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, is available for purchase on board.

Due to low water levels on the Danube, we are obliged to cancel sightseeing cruises to Vienna until further notice. The safety and comfort of our passengers are our top priority.

Important information

• he cruise will take place with a minimum of 100 passengers
• Children under 2 years of age accompanied by a parent travel free of charge without a seat
• Pets are not allowed on the cruise
• Drinks are not included in the ticket price 

All passengers, including children, must have a valid travel document, i.e. an identity card or passport (a child's passport if they do not have an identity card with a photograph). Passengers who need a visa can obtain all the necessary information from the relevant embassy.

Upon arrival in Vienna, passport and immigration checks may be carried out. It is necessary to follow the instructions of the ship's captain.

Due to the summer tourist season and the increased number of ships passing through the locks, delays may occur during the Vienna-Bratislava route, resulting in a later arrival in Bratislava.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation possible 4 days or more before the start of the cruise according to the cruise calendar, 100% refund possible.
• Less than 4 days and up to 24 hours before the start of the cruise, 50% refund possible.
• 24 hours or less before the start of the cruise or failure to board the cruise – no refund possible.
• Written reservation required for groups of 10 or more people.
