Free cancellation is possible 4 days or more before the start of the cruise according to the cruise calendar, with a 100% refund.
Less than 4 days and up to 24 hours before the start of the cruise, a 50% refund is available.
24 hours or less before the start of the cruise or failure to board the cruise – no refund.
