Internet tickets can be bought at the latest 24 hours before the cruise. In case that it´s not possible to buy them more than 24 hourse before the cruise, it means that the cruise is full or there is clossed society. Cancellation conditions:

cancellation 14 - 9 days before sailing - cancellation fee 50% of the ticket price
cancellation 8 - 3 days before sailing - cancellation fee 75% of the ticket price
cancellation less than 3 days - cancellation policy 100% of the ticket price
failure to board the cruise - cancellation fee 100% of the ticket price

The cancellation conditions apply only to tickets purchased through www.lod.sk or to tickets purchased in a travel agency.
