• Passenger boarding starts 15 minutes before departure.
• The cruise lasts 45 minutes.
• Each passenger may freely choose a seat; seat reservations are not available.

Cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation possible 48 hours or more before the start of the cruise according to the cruise calendar, 100% refund possible.
• Less than 48 hours to 1 hour before the start of the cruise, 50% refund possible.
• Less than 1 hour before the start of the cruise or no-show – no refund possible.

Groups:

• Written reservations are required for groups of 10 or more people.
