Cancellation policy: 

• Free cancellation possible 48 hours or more before the start of the cruise according to the cruise calendar, 100% refund.
• Less than 48 hours up to 1 hour before the start of the cruise, possibility of 50% refund.
• Less than 1 hour before the start of the cruise or no boarding - no refund.

• Passengers board 15 minutes before departure!
• Students, seniors (over 60 years old), disabled persons: 10%
• Disabled persons: 10% (including 1 free escort). Valid only for tickets purchased directly from the travel agency.
• Children under 2 years of age accompanied by a parent travel free of charge without seat entitlement.
• For complete groups, every 21st person travels for free. 
• Special offer for school groups. If you are interested in a school trip, please fill in the form below. It is not possible to use a voucher from the Discount Voucher Machine for this purpose.
• For groups of 10 people or more, written booking required.
• The cruise will take place with a minimum of 30 passengers.
• General conditions of carriage are part of the cruise timetable. SPaP - LOD, a.s. reserves the right to change prices, dates and programs due to facts that were not known at the time of the ship's timetable deadline!
• Closing date of the 2025 timetable: December 2026.
