Twin city liner's speedboat provides open and closed deck. The closed deck of the ship provides panoramic windows, which means that the cruise will take place in any weather. Small refreshments are available on the board.

- Ticket prices in each category (except Captain’s Lounge) are increased by € 5.00 on weekends and Austrian holidays.
- Child fare (2–11 years): 50% discount off the adult fare (not applicable in Captain’s Lounge). Children under two travel free of charge without a seat, accompanied by one adult.
- Baggage: Hand luggage up to 9 kg is included in the price. Transport of larger luggage is available upon request.
- Dog: € 5.00 per one-way trip; a European vaccination certificate, muzzle, and leash are required.
- Bicycle: Transport fee € 5.00 – capacity 12 spots, advance reservation required. The following types of bicycles cannot be transported: tandem and bicycles with a trailer.
- Beverages are not included in the ticket price.
