Ticket
Can be used only on the day for which it was issued. Passengers have to keep it during the whole trip. If a passenger is unable to prove his valid ticket, he will pay the full price according to the price list plus a fine is the amount of the full fare.
Cancellation conditions
A. For groups (from 10 Persons) and charter of boats
Cancellation 15 - 31 days before the cruise 30%
Cancellation 9 - 14 days before the cruise 50%
Cancellation 3 - 8 days before the cruise 75%
Cancellation 2 days and less before the cruise 100%
Cancellation must be in writing. The delivery date is accepted as the cancellation date.
B. For individual passengers
If a ticket is given back at least 1 hour before the trip, the passenger is entitled to obtain the repayment of the fare, reduced by 25%. If the passenger misses the 1 hour deadline before the departure of the boat, the fare will not be returned to him.
Transportation
a/ of luggage: A passenger is entitled to take his luggage without payment if it is easy to carry, if it is not submitted to special regulations, and if it cannot cause damage or dirt to other passengers, to the vessel or its interior:
- maximum weight 20 kg on a hydrofoil
- maximum weight 25 kg on a sightseeing boat
The passenger has to pay to the carrier 1.50 € for every kg of overweight.
b/ of bicycles: Admitted only when the vessel is not fully occupied.
c/ of animals: Allowed under special conditions.
Vis maior
In the case of timetable alterations due to vis maior (unfavourable water conditions, fog, etc.) we will secure for the passenger:
a/ alternative trasportation
b/ when he does not travel, we return the total fare
Reimbursement of damages caused to the carrier
The passenger who has caused damage to the carrier has to make up for it to full extend.
All prices include VAT.
